shipping is £4.

your order should be with you around 48 hours after being posted, shipped using Evri.

processing times for orders are 1-5 working days.

if you have made a mistake with your order or would like to alter it, please email us within 3 hours of purchase to see if we can make these changes prior to your order being dispatched.

if your order has already been dispatched, we are no longer able to make any changes.

we will try and accommodate order changes as much as possible, but please check your order before placing it.

we do not accept returns on personalised items.

orders can be returned to olive and noah, within 14 working days of receiving, for a refund. your item/s must be unused and have the label still attached.

in the unfortunate event of receiving a faulty item, please inform us straight away by emailing us with photos provided and return it to us for a replacement.

alternatively, you can exchange your order for something that suits you better (excluding personalised items).

please email us at ... to exchange / refund with your order details, email, mobile number and address, stating the item you have and what you would like to exchange it for.

olive and noah do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items. we strongly recommend returning your order tracked and retain proof of postage.
